The location is great, to the Casserole restaurant that people seem to tell foreigners to go to. The room is fairly priced. The staff are very kind as well as the host.

We had a fine stay in this family-friendly hotel. The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with a great matress, new furnitures and balcony and the breakfast was delicious!

Was a perfect base for trip. The hotel itself was little and everything was wonderful. Near a bus stop, the location was favourable and excellent, to the Casserole restaurant that people seem to tell foreigners to go to. Also, Thuparamaya Dagaba was 2 miles away from the property. The staff were all nice and welcoming. I greatly enjoyed very tasty and delicious breakfast and delicious food selection.

the hotel was spotlessly clean, facilities were excellent, perfect and convenient location short walk to the new bus station and good local restaurants as well as dambulla. our a double room was more than brand-new. the whole experience was perfectly pleasant from start to finish, recommend.

What a hidden gem! I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful little hotel. The hospitality was warm, courteous, and sincere. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check in/out was easy, and the hosts were responsive and communicative. They also were very helpful in supporting me during my stay, and even helped arrange a bicycle rental at a fair rate. The rooms are spacious and perfect for solo travelers and couples, equipped with a hot shower, soaps, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The hot water supply in the shower is reliable, even with the built-in type. the hotel is clean and well-maintained, with great facilities and a peaceful communal area. The Sri Lankan breakfast served here is fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about local attractions, and always ready to assist.

Wow! What a fantastic stay! The owner was incredibly nice and gave us so much information about the area. He even arranged a free ride for us to a famous landmark. The room was clean and spacious, with a great shower. We also had the option to rent bikes to explore the nearby ancient city, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, with local restaurants and the bus station nearby.

One small suggestion would be to provide shampoo and shower gel in the room. It's not common in Sri Lanka, but it would have been a nice touch.
